You Are Who You Think You Are

Are you the best person that you can be? Everyone has a view of themselves, and it is often a distorted view, whether you think very highly of yourself, or lowly of yourself. We have all experienced good thoughts and bad thoughts about ourselves, and these are directly related to who we actually are. Your good thoughts, or bad thoughts, about yourself create thought vibrations that actually influence your personality, actions, and character.

Creating a Better You with Good Thoughts

Think of one aspect of yourself that you would like to improve upon. It helps if you focus on something inward rather that physical. Perhaps you have anger management issues, you are insecure, or you are lazy. If you continue to think of yourself as always being this way, you will probably always stay the same. Your repeated thought vibes and sending out the energy that keeps you the way that you are. For example, if you are lazy and you think of yourself as lazy, it will be incredibly difficult to be responsible and do things that need to get done. If you change your negative thoughts to good thoughts, you can change this behavior.

Focus on that one aspect that you would like to change about yourself. Create new, positive thoughts about yourself related to this personality issue. In the lazy example, that person would think, “I may have been lazy before, but I am not longer lazy.” Visualize yourself as a person who is the opposite of what you think you are now. A lazy person trying to change would see themselves as focused and disciplined. Say that you are what you want to be out loud. Picture yourself behaving in a better manner.

Dealing With Challenging Thoughts

You may still hear thoughts in your mind that will tell you that you still have the same problem and that nothing has changed. Rather than dwell on these thoughts, repeat the positive thoughts that you have created. Positive thought vibes will be released to help you be that better person that you claim to be.

Once you being to believe and trust these new, good thoughts, you will see a change in your behavior. It will be easier for you to act in the way that you think you should act, because you now believe that you no longer have that issue that you had before. Continue to think these positive thoughts, and the behavior will eventually come naturally to you. That is how you use thoughts to become a better person.

You can repeat the steps with any personality issue that you feel you have. “Change your thoughts, change your life.”
